Those new minidump files also list generic errors, nothing specific, and I do not see Driver Verifier indicated, because you have re-installed Windows and all drivers and the system continues to crash, most likely there is a hardware issue causing your system to crash, it would be best to take your system to a PC shop to have the hardware tested.
I keep getting crashes that are happening more and more frequently.
First I Started having these crashes on Windows 11 , I said it's time to reinstall because of them.
I did , with a windows 11 usb installation media , it kept crashing when installing. I did countless number of times , always a crash.
I had an error before with my RAM so I pulled one stick out on one slot and tried every combination with the ram sticks and slots , no change.
I decided to try windows 10 I went made a windows 10 usb installation media on another PC.
Still crashed a lot of times but in the end with me pressuring the USB as hard as I can and holding it for like an hour.
It was finnaly installed , I'm still not sure if holding the USB was the issue tho.
Anyway the crashes were worse. I tried installing windows 11 from the upgrade , constant crahes when installation was ongoing.
I settled for windows 10 but the crashes just keep getting worse.
I have tried memory diagnostics , SDD diagnostics , sfc , dhsck(idk if it's the correct command) and did them in safe mode too.
Usually I get Kernel crash codes or Driver Crash codes. The last two I got were: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL
I find I get them more when using my browser or some executors , rarely when Im playing Heavy games. Almost never when I am scanning windows secuirity(cause Idk maybe it's a virus) or when I'm using something that pushes the PC a little.

Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Open that minidump folder
Select any files in there and press Ctrl + C to copy those files
On your Desktop, right click and choose New - Folder
Go into that new folder and press Ctrl + V to paste a copy of those files
Log into OneDrive: https://onedrive.live.com/
Drag that new folder form your Desktop into the OneDrive page and wait for it to upload
When it has uploaded, right click the folder on the OneDrive page and choose Share
Click Copy Link
Then post that link here.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.
Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.
Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
