Internet Explorer is an integral part of Windows 7. It is said that Windows Explorer needs IE.
Why do you want to uninstall IE11?
I used IE11 just yesterday on Windows 7 because it does a better job of Save as webpage complete than any of my other browsers.
Also, Chrome, Opera, Brave, Edge, etc. will run on Windows 7 but they are old and unsupported, no security updates, etc.
