Issue with MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter

Based on the screenshot provided, it seems that you are experiencing issues with the Bluetooth where you have to select "View- Hidden items" to find the Bluetooth Section in the Device Manager.

You can try re-installing the Bluetooth Drivers and see if it helps.

a. Right-click your MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter, select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.

b. Once uninstalled, restart your PC.

(Windows will automatically re-install the drivers for your PC)

c. Restart and see if you can connect your PC to the Bluetooth devices.

If you are still experiencing issues, type msinfo in the search bar on the taskbar and post a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.

Please click the link below to download and install the Bluetooth drivers for your PC mode and check if it helps.

Note - Clicking the link will directly download the Bluetooth driver for your PC model 2021 ASUS TUF Gaming F15 - FX506HC. Once the drivers are downloaded, install them on your device and restart your computer.
