Would it be possible to completely remove standby memory ? - Microsoft Community
you might be able to do these steps.
2. Disable Superfetch (SysMain)
Superfetch (now called SysMain) is a Windows service that preloads applications into RAM for faster access. While this is generally helpful, it can increase Standby Memory usage unnecessarily, especially in gaming scenarios.
- Steps:
- Press Windows + R and type services.msc, then press Enter.
- Scroll down to find SysMain (previously known as Superfetch).
- Right-click it and select Properties.
- Under Startup type, select Disabled.
- Click Stop to stop the service immediately, then click OK.
- Restart your PC.
Disabling SysMain may help reduce the amount of memory allocated to caching, reducing the chances of excessive Standby Memory buildup during gaming.
Disabling the sysmain service should give you better utilization of running apps.
HOWEVER!!!!!
removing the standby usage might make first startup of apps to take longer. giving the impression that there is something wrong.
So make a choice and try it both ways, decide which you like better. don't forget to go give William a shout out if it helped you. he's the guy that posted on the other thread.

I had to start some processes to get mine to a state where it was similar to yours.
