Hello, I woke up this morning to use my laptop for some reading, and i noticed that my wifi network is automatically on airplane mode. I checked on my device manager, on the Network adapter tab and saw that both my wifi and Bluetooth have the code 45 error (which means they are not connected). I then proceeded to uninstall the two drivers and then I hit the scan button to scan for hardware changes, unfortunately I can't see the icon of those devices I un-installed. As I can't connect to internet, how can be able to download or get this devices back into my pc and be able to use my wifi and Bluetooth??

    Thanks for the screenshot.

I checked the HP website, and they have drivers for 3 wireless adapters: MediaTek, Intel, and Realtek.

Do you know which of these is the wireless adapter of your laptop?

The name was in the devices you uninstalled.

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Thanks for the clarification.

No problem. You can try installing all the drivers. It will just be more work.

    Intel:

    Wi-Fi: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp148001-148500/...

    Bluetooth: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp148001-148500/...

    MediaTek:

    Wi-Fi: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142001-142500/...

    Bluetooth: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp149501-150000/...

    Realtek:

    Wi-Fi: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp147001-147500/...

    Bluetooth: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp147501-148000/...

To install these drivers, run the downloaded EXE file and follow the on-screen instructions. Do this for each driver.

Remember that you will need to use a device with internet access to download the drivers, transfer them to the device without internet access, and then install them.

After installing the drivers, restart your PC and see if Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will work properly.

If the problem persists, let me know and I will provide another method. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

I can't really remember, as I wasn't paying attention to that. I just went to my Network adapter bar and uninstalled the two wifi adapter and my Bluetooth. However I think, I'm not sure, but it could be Intel

My pc serial code is : 5CD3095PMP

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

The "Code 45" occurs if the device that was previously connected to the computer is no longer connected.
I don't rule out it being a driver problem. However, this may also be a hardware problem.

Since the device does not have internet access, you will need to download the drivers using a device with internet access, transfer the files to the device without internet access (Using any external storage device), and then install the drivers.
Drivers are developed by the device manufacturer, so download them from the support area of the device manufacturer's website.

If you want, I can search for you and point you to the drivers, but I need some information about your system.
Please share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.
Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool. Or take a picture of the screen using a camera or smartphone and share it.

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
