    Hi, Masood Alam1

    Thanks for your reply!

Due to the rules of the Microsoft community, I cannot provide you with a specific third-party dongle supplier, but the receiver of this mouse may not be a specific encryption device, so you can try to search for a dongle that supports this product on a reliable shopping website.

In addition, you can also try to contact Microsoft Accessory Support to ask if a replaceable dongle can be provided for your device:

Go to the following website: Contact - Microsoft Support.    Enter  ”mouse not working “Click on Get Help.Click on Contact Support.Select the Other products.Select Micrsooft AccessoriesClick Request support for a Microsoft accessory

Regarding the method of resetting the mouse, usually restarting the mouse can reset it. If it cannot be reset, it means that the device still needs to be connected to the computer and operated through the Mouse and Keyboard Center. If it still doesn't work, you can contact accessory support through the steps I provided above.

    Best Regards

    Hi, Masood Alam1

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that you are experiencing problems with your Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Bluetooth Wireless Optical Mouse.

If you have the Bluetooth version of the Microsoft mouse, you can pair it by pressing the circled button in the picture below to enable Bluetooth.

The picture you provided shows that your mouse does not have a Bluetooth button and has a slot for a receiver, so your mouse probably does not support Bluetooth connectivity and needs to be connected to the mouse using a 2.4GHz receiver. The mouse should therefore have a paired receiver, sized to fit in the slot on the bottom, which needs to be plugged into the computer, followed by flipping a switch on the bottom of the mouse to use the mouse. If you want to reset it, you can download Mouse and Keyboard Center download - Microsoft Support and then try to reset the mouse in that app.If you have made any progress, or if you need more help, you are welcome to contact us at any time.

    Best Regards
