Dear Khang Pham1!
Welcome to the Microsoft Community!
I read your post and I understand that you are having issues with two D drives when installing the app (can't install to D drive?) and are having difficulty trying to install Minecraft. Here are some suggestions to help you manually reset the installation path for Minecraft:
If you are using the Minecraft launcher:
First, open your Minecraft launcher.
At the top of the launcher interface, find and click on the "Configuration" or similar settings option.
If you want to create a new configuration, click "New Configuration". If you already have a configuration, you can click the "..." button after the game version to edit an existing configuration.
In the configuration settings, find the "Game Directory" or "Installation Path" option.
Change the game directory to the custom directory where you want Minecraft to be installed, such as the path to the second D drive.
Once you have made the changes, click "Save" to apply the new settings.
If you are using the Xbox app:
Open the Xbox app and make sure you are logged in to your account.
Find the Minecraft game page or game library in the app.
If the Xbox app allows you to modify the installation path, you should be able to find the option in the game's settings or properties.
Select "Install location" or "Game folder" and select the second D drive where you want the game to be installed.
Apply your changes and make sure the game is installed to the correct location.
Please note that not all games or apps allow you to customize the installation path, especially games installed through certain platforms such as the Xbox app. If the above steps don't work or you can't find the setting in the launcher or Xbox app, please leave a reply with more information.
I hope these suggestions will help you resolve your installation path issue. If you have any other questions or need more help, please let me know!
Thank you for your understanding and support!
I wish you all the best in the new year 2025~
