Turns out the problem was there was no mic input and some how that led to an error. i tried removing the mic input after it returned normal and it still works.

I've been using an app called "bluetooth audio receiver" to allow my phone and taplet to share sound to my pc via bluetooth.
I had to stop using it for i while and when i started using it again it doesn't work. apparently, the app doesn't share the sound anymore even tho I am connected to it. what made me think that is even tho I am playing audio on my other device I can't find the app in the volume mixer at all. i tried another app called "bluzic" which used to work for me as well, but doesn't work anymore.
I tried re installing windows and uninstalling the bluetooth driver, both attempts were not successful.

May I ask what is the make and model of your Laptop, or your Desktop's motherboard?
Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
Type msinfo32 and press Enter. This opens the System Information window.
In the System Summary section, look for the following:
System Summary: View general information such as the operating system version, processor details, and installed memory (RAM)..
BaseBoard Manufacturer: This is your motherboard's manufacturer.
BaseBoard Product: This is your motherboard's model number.

2025-01-28T21:15:23+00:00 I kept testing with the problem and it returned when i restarted the device while the mic input was removed. the solution is just to plug in the mic input again and restart the device then connecting to the app
