Hi @IBN ,
We have the same issue in our environment.
Clearing cache is a temprary fix as you said.
You can also ask users to disable GPU acceleration in Teams. It also helps.

Hello Teams Community,
Please i need your help on this
several users are reporting that they can only see themselves while in a Teams meeting. All others show up in a white box. Clearing cache is a temporary fix. You can uninstall and reinstall to a previous version and it works until Teams is updated again.
This seems only to be happening with 1.5.00.8773 (64-bit). If we re-install via https://teams.microsoft.com, it will install version 1.5.00.8070 (64-bit) and that one works.
Once again, only seeing this issue on version 1.5.00.8773 (64-bit).
Here is the error
Hi @IBN ,
I checked for updates in my Microsoft Teams client and noticed the latest version is now 1.5.00.9162 (64-bit).
So for your situation, it's recommended to ask the users to manually check for updates as well by going to the ellipsis (...) menu next to their profile picture and selecting Check for updates, see if there would be any improvement in the latest build.
In case the issue persists, as suggested by TKujala, please disable GPU hardware acceleration and restart Teams to check the result:
