As the headset is not in the list in the third screenshot I cant switch easily between the integrated speaker of my laptop and the headset, before with my previous laptop under windows 10 and the SAME headset, it possible to just clic on the sound icon on the windows bar on the right side and to switch.

    Hello

I have the exact same problem with my JBL Quantum 810

    look at my topic:

I've sent the headset back to JBL but I haven't heard from them in 2 weeks..

I tried every other solution but always the same problem.

I tried with a Steelseries wireless headset and that gives no problem at all..

    I tried again,

Opened quantum engine, reset to factory settings, removed the usb dongle, deleted everything related to JBL Quantum on my computer, restarted my computer, put the usb dongle back in and SKIP installing the quantum engine again. This way i can use the headset like i wanted.

They’re working on a new quantum engine software they said to me so untill then i won’t install it.
