thanx i had no problem with uploading/replacing 2.8.6 with 2.9.4,,there is obviously something
wrong with 3.0.5 because i tried 2 different sites and could not get the install past the upload portion,,,thanx again

trying install abiword 3.0.5, currently have 2.8.6. the upload is ok but it never gets to the install,, no exe file produced by the upload.
any ideas thanx..running windows 11 24h2 26100 2605

I did notice that this software is a third party open source software, can I ask if you are checking to upgrade this software to version 3.0.5 and the upgrade fails.
I have tested for you, due to the different regions, I tested to the version 2.9.4 installation package can be installed, due to the community requirements, I can not provide third-party download packages for you directly, we recommend that you can search for a reliable source of the installation package in the network to directly override the installation of this software.
