How to reinstall UNITYPLAYER.DLL program?

Hello, i was trying to download this app that I need to use for school, but, when i try to run the app, I get a pop-up saying "The code execution cannot proceed because Unityplayer.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program might fix this problem." I've been looking for videos but I cannot seem to figure out how to reinstall this, if someone could please help me as soon as possible, I need this to proceed with my school work : ( , thank you!!!!!

    1. Uninstall and Reinstall the Program-
      1. Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
      2. Go to Apps > Apps & Features.
      3. Find the app causing the issue, select it, and click Uninstall.
      4. After uninstalling, restart your computer.
      5. Download and reinstall the app from a verified source.
    2. Re-register the DLL File:
      1. Press Windows + S and type CMD.
      2. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
      3. Type the following commands one by one and press Enter after each:
      regsvr32.exe /u UnityPlayer.dll regsvr32.exe UnityPlayer.dll
      1. Restart your computer
