I'm unable to activate my Windows 11 on Parallel Desktop

This is the third time I have installed it on this same computer. I deleted the previous install before reinstalling so I have only ever had 1 active installation at a time. Can I get some help with getting this current installation activated? Thanks.

    For example, you may probably be able to use the troubleshooting options if you have previously associated your Microsoft account, license information, and hardware in a virtual machine.
