OK, since your key is not embedded in the motherboard, you want to keep this key safe and don't ever lose it. It is very important as activation issue can happen again, especially if updates invlves firmware update.

So far I don't see any sign of OEM license.

Did they give you the key? If thihs is a computer that's assembled, the key is not embedded in the motherboard. Only big manufacturers (Dell, HP, etc) can embed the OEM license.

So if it is assembled, they should give you the product key.

You said you tried to reactivate it, how did you do it exactly?

Is the partial key either 8HVX7 or 3V66T?

Are you installing as Home or Pro edition?

The pop up contains a lot of info, like Activation ID, Product Key Channel: Retail, Use License URL, Validation URL, Partial Product Key, License Status: Notification, Notification reason: 0xC004F034, etc.

But there's nothing that says OEM or OEM-COA-NSLP

    Hello,

Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

    slmgr /dlv

In the pop up, does it say OEM, or OEM-COA-NSLP?
