    Dear Anthony JohnsonTJ

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

If you entered incorrect account information during the Windows 10 System Initial Setup (OOBE, Out-of-Box Experience) process, or signed in to the wrong Microsoft account, then you may need to restart the setup process or correct the account information. Below are the specific ways to resolve this issue:

Scenario 1: Still on the Windows Initial Setup screen

If you have not completed the initial Windows setup and are still in the OOBE screen (e.g., asking for an account or device name), you can restart the setup process by following these steps:

Step 1: Force Reboot and Restart OOBE

    1. Force restart the computer:

Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the computer shuts down completely.

Wait a few seconds and then press the power button again to restart.

    2. After Windows starts, the system will reload the OOBE Settings screen. If the settings screen does not load, try the following:

Press Shift + F10 to open a command prompt (works on some setup screens).

Enter the following command to reset the setup process:

    shutdown /r /o /t 0

This will reboot and take you to the Advanced Options screen where you can select “Reset this computer” to start the setup process from scratch.

Scenario 2: Already in the system desktop but wrong account information

If you have already entered the Windows 10 desktop, but find that you are logged in with the wrong Microsoft account, or want to reconfigure the setup process, you can choose the following methods.

Method 1: Create a local account and delete the wrong account

You can do this by pressing WIN+R and typing NETPLWIZ - New - No Microsoft Account (local account)

    Enter the account name/password/password prompt.

Double click on the new account name-Group Membership-

    Set as System Administrator

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to switch users and log in with the new account.

Test if the new account wifi works.

    Best Wish
