I am unable to install ultra viewer in my windows 11 pc. The installer is getting stuck and I need to force close it every time I tried to install. Can anyone help on this

I have checked the event logs this is the error I am getting

Error 08-02-2025 15:09:01 Application Hang 1002 Hanging Events

The program UltraViewer_setup_6.6.113_en.tmp version 51.1052.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

    Hi Udit, I have already tried this. But still the same issue. I even tried installing in safe mode. still no use

    Greetings, I am Udit an independent Microsoft advisor and I will try and answer your query.

    You can close all the running services for ultraviewer from task manager by right clicking on the taskbar>>click task manager and end task for ultraviewer services.

    Once done, please shut down the computer and wait for 3-5 minutes and then turn it back on. Try to install the application again.
