Downloading Drivers for Brother MFC-9330CDW with Windows 11

I just purchased a new PC with Windows 11 Home version. I have a Brother MFC-9330CDW printer with a scanner feature. I downloaded the Brother Full Driver & Software Package. The printer function works fine, but I cannot scan. I called Brother and they had me uninstall, then reinstall the Full Driver package. Scan function still didn't work. Brother support rep then said the issue is with Windows 11 and its Version 24H2...and I need to contact Microsoft to fix the issue. Does anybody have advice?

I called Microsoft and talked to one of their IT service reps. He did a "remote in" to my computer and did set up a scan function for my Brother printer. I can only scan (and save) one page at a time. Not great...but it's better than zero. The IT rep said Microsoft is working on a solution for the Brother driver issue. I guess time will tell.

I have the same exact issue with my new Win 11 Home PC. I've updated the MFC9330CDW firmware, uninstalled and reinstalled the full brother package several times. After each uninstall, using the brother uninstall utility, I ran ccleaner to clean the residuals from the registry. I've spent hours and hours on this. The MFC9330CDW is a really nice machine and it's in great shape. Just replaced two of the toner cartridges. My next attempt to get the scanner to work is to back out the Windows 11 updates to pre 24H2. Hope Microsoft comes up with a solution.
