How to open pictures in photo instead of paint.

I have a windows 11 laptop and my pictures are opening in paint. I want them to open in photo not paint. I'm trying to print a picture but it reads this app doesn't support print preview.

    Hi, I'm Estrella. I'll do my best to help you.

    Right-click the photo, then select 'Properties.'

    In the 'General' tab, click 'Change' next to 'Opens with.'

    Select 'Photos,' from the pop-up then click 'OK.'

    Finally, click 'OK' again in the 'Properties' window.

    Thank you, Estrella, for your answer. Photo is not an option under the General Tab. I downloaded One Photo Viewer. It gives me the same message that Paint did. "This app does not support print preview"
