I receive the install error code of 0xc1900209.

As per the instruction in the other thread, I've included a link to my SetupLogs.zip file below:

I'm sorry, this could be a bug as usual with Insider builds. I recommend to wait for Windows Update to notify you. Also, you can post your question in Microsoft Learn Q&A to see if other users have the same issue.

I wanted to try for these solutions but usually issues related to Insider build are out-of-scope in Microsoft Answers.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi Will,

I have seen that the unsigned driver blocking the upgrade is called "oem0.inf". Can you open the driver with Notepad and share the content?

It should be located at "C:\Windows\System32\drivers" or "C:\Windows\INF".

At the below link, you'll find the results from the SetupDiag tool. I wasn't able to determine what driver/ service was problem causing.

    Hi Will,

You can use the official SetupDiag tool from Microsoft to identify the exact driver or service that is blocking the upgrade, then either uninstall or update that component before attempting the Insider build update again.

Download the tool (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deplo...) run it to generate a detailed report, look for any references to drivers or applications flagged as incompatible, remove or update them as necessary, and then retry installing the new Windows 11 Insider build. Either share the report so I can take a look.
