cursor getting stuck leaving white translucent dot on screen

i run a windows 11 dell laptop and sometimes (after i installed the latest intel graphics driver) my cursor randomly get stuck. when it gets stuck these translucent white dot appears on my screen. like when u tap and hold the screen with ur finger(touchscreen) u could see a white dot where your holding. a white dot like that appears somewhere when my cursor gets stuck. pls help me cuz its annyoing and the only way to fix it is to turn my laptop off and then on again.

    Thats because you are updateing from the wrong source, you have a Dell

    Win11 by default only installs critical security updates, unless you made the mistake of selecting “Get latest updates” which includes drivers.

    See your laptop/PC makers support to update both bios and ALL drivers.

    There should be a shortcut to that makers update utility on your system.

    Then set Bios to defaults & Pwr to balanced. At the end of the day shutdown, do not leave in sleep.

    Do NOT update from any other source inc Device Manager

    You only need to set the Advanced options for notify & Time

    but i downloaded it using dell driver support assistant and it tells the outdated drivers and lets u download it. what should i do now?
