Since installing kb5050577, my Dell Win11 PC boots very sluggishly (takes several minutes instead of several seconds). Do I need to uninstall it?

KB5050577 is a .NET update which is very unlikely that it would affect the performance of the device. Did you install KB5050094? It might be the culprit as it is an optional quality update. Please check the update history and let me know.
KB5050577 has been sitting in Windows Update with a status of "Installing" at 0% for almost 30 minutes.
I looked in my history and I do not see the KB5050094 update installed. Any other suggestions?
Thank you for the update. Here is how to do that:
Please open the Windows Recovery environment using the steps below:
Press and hold Shift+click the restart button on the lock screen to open recovery options. Click Advanced Options>Troubleshoot.
If you can't reach the lock screen or start your computer, restart your PC two times when the boot screen appears. The third time, Windows should open Windows Recovery automatically. Select Advanced options>Troubleshoot.
From there, select Uninstall updates>Uninstall the latest cumulative update.
Thank you so much for your prompt reply!
Yes, I installed KB5050094. I can't figure out how to uninstall it, even after reading the instructions on MS.
