however, Ms windows 11 Home is updated to the last version.

In .wslconfig

    Dear bloupbloup,

Thank you for providing such detailed information regarding the issue you're encountering with WSL and the error related to mirrored networking mode.

From your description, it seems you're attempting to enable IPv6 support in WSL through the mirrored networking mode in your .wslconfig file. However, you're encountering an error indicating that "Mirrored networking mode is not supported" in your current version of Windows (10.0.26100.3194).

While I understand how frustrating this can be, WSL, being a more advanced feature, may have specific limitations or known issues related to the mirrored networking mode in certain versions.

To assist you further, I recommend visiting the official WSL GitHub repository, where you'll find a dedicated community of developers and users who are well-versed in WSL and can offer more targeted troubleshooting or provide workarounds and solutions for this specific issue. They often have the latest information on known bugs and fixes for mirrored networking mode.

You can access the WSL GitHub issues page here:

I hope this leads you to a solution quickly. If you need any further guidance or have additional questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. Best of luck, and I hope your issue gets resolved smoothly!

    Best Regards,

Martin | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
