Bluetooth earbuds don't work properly after updating to Windows 24H2

OS : Windows 11 24H2

Bluetooth Adapter is from Intel

Drivers are up to date

Ran troubleshooter to no avail

I regularly use my CMF Buds Pro 2 with my laptop, and ever since I updated to 24H2, they randomly disconnect and reconnect. The audio randomly cuts off, and around 10 seconds later, they fully disconnect and reconnect. Another thing I noticed is they take a long time to be recognized as an audio device (in the bluetooth section, it originally just shows "Connected', and takes like 15 seconds to show "Connected mic, audio".

Can someone please help?
