    Hello Sheri,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

I understand that you would like to connect your Windows 11 PC to your Android smartphone (not an iPhone) using Phone Link.

    1. Open the Phone Link on your Windows PC.

    a. Search for the Phone Link in the search bar on the taskbar and click enter.

    b. On the setup screen, select Android.

    c. You will get a QR Code. Just scan this QR code on your Android smartphone using the QR code reader.

    d. You will be redirected to download the app - Link to Windows.

(Some devices will have this app already pre-installed)_

    e. Once installed, set up the Phone Link app using your Microsoft account.

    f. Grant required permissions to send or receive messages and notifications.

    g. You are all set.
