Very bizarre answer, perhaps you didn't understand the question. This is the nuisance I want removed:
I do not want to look at this. I did not ask about disabling/enabling the feature, I simply asked about the display of this message.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I'm not asking about the feature, I just want to remove the message because it looks ugly and clutters up by settings screen. Regedit solution would be appreciated instead of group policy.

If you don't know, don't post anything here. I don't want to be bombarded with guesswork like "I believe..", etc. That's not a very astute observation, I could have made that. But I don't want to give up until someone in authority says it is definitely not removable.

I believe it is hard coded and is not removable.
Assuming a branded PC
Win11 by default only installs critical security updates, unless you made the mistake of selecting “Get latest updates” which includes drivers.
See your laptop/PC makers support to update both bios and ALL drivers.
There should be a shortcut to that makers update utility on your system.
Then set Bios to defaults & Pwr to balanced. At the end of the day shutdown, do not leave in sleep.
Do NOT update from any other source inc Device Manager
There will be no msgs other than if you set the win update options to notify and or time
