I have restarted my computer, I have tried to download from the apple store. I RESET my computer and nothing seems to work. I still cannot download iTunes. All I get is something when wrong and we are trying to fix it. Code: 0x80248014. I was able to use it 4 days ago with no issue.

2025-02-15T18:21:11+00:00 I have done the Windows Update troubleshoot. I am doing the windows update but it has now stalled on doing the update. Sitting at 0% for about 10 minutes now. Internet connection is good. I have not tried winget command-line

0x80248014 is a Windows Update error. Microsoft Store uses Windows Updates to install or update apps.

Have you tried the winget command-line?
