bootrec /fixbootsays access denied" if the boot partition is damaged or not properly recognized. Maybe the Factory reset you did erased the Operating System and the BCD files. In this situation, clean installation would be the only option here.
(Important - This will erase all the data stored in your hard disk)
Let me know if you still need more help.

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
The error code - 0xc000000e is a Windows Boot Manager error. Based on your description, the Windows Boot Configuration Files (BCD) might have corrupted during the system recovery (Reset) process.
Also, you may encounter this issue due to incorrect Boot order in BIOS/UEFI settings.
- In the BIOS settings, go to the Boot Priority list and make sure the computer is starting from the correct drive (your hard disk).
- Also, check if your hard disk is properly connected and inspect the SATA cable.
- If you are still experiencing issues, plug in the Bootable Installation media, and select the "Repair your computer" option instead of Install Windows to open the recovery environment screen.
In the WinRE, open Command Prompt, execute the commands one by one and click enter for each command.
bootrec /fixmbr bootrec /fixboot bootrec /scanos bootrec /rebuildbcdOnce the commands are finished running, restart your computer.
If the above command lines fail to repair the BCD files, you will need to perform a full reinstallation of Windows from a USB bootable installation media, which will completely wipe all the data stored on your hard drive. However, you can review the discussion thread below to see if you can recover your files before reinstalling Windows.

If you have backed up all your files, you can proceed with re-installing Windows 10.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.
Best regards,
