    Hello BSB1920,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Thank you for your feedback. Based on your description, you need to know something about your computer. Are you referring to the BitLocker key, the system activation key, or another password? Please provide more details about your issue, and it would be helpful if you could attach a picture. This will help me better understand your problem.

If you chose to save the BitLocker recovery key to your Microsoft account when enabling BitLocker, you can visit the Microsoft Recovery Key page and log in with your Microsoft account to view your recovery key. If you need the system activation key, you can press Windows logo + S, type powershell, find Windows PowerShell, right-click it, and select Run as administrator. Copy and paste the following code into the PowerShell window and press Enter:

    (Get-WmiObject -query 'select * from SoftwareLicensingService').OA3xOriginalProductKey

After a few seconds, the OEM product key will be displayed.

For other passwords, you can press Win + I to open the Settings app. Go to Accounts, then select Passwords. Here, you will see a list of saved passwords for applications or websites. You can filter them by name.

I hope this information helps. If there is any progress on your issue or if you have any other questions, feel free to reply. I am happy to continue assisting you.Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Community. I wish you good health and a happy life!

    Best Wishes!
