?Problem with the NEW Gravity Blocks on Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games

I am up to the XP Level 25. On the bottom half of the screen which allows you to choose the Level for your New Game, it shows "Highest level completed: 20". The next level 21-30 will not unlock. I do not see anyway to reset the game if I wanted to. Anyone else having this problem? Would appreciate any help. Thanks!

I, too, have the same issue with not being able to go to levels 11-20 even though I am on level 21. I have signed out and back in, checked for updates and uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Solitaire, but nothing helped. MS should address this issue as it is very annoying.

Above says 5 other people have the same issue and it happens to me too. The game tells me I'm at level 32, yet I can't unlock beyond levels 11-20. Days ago I tried signing off and sign in again and it didn't work. It seems there's a problem with the game that needs to be fixed. Please do it, it's a very entertaining game.

    hi,

I am having this problem too, as are others. I tried logging out and back in. I just use the game app on my laptop, not through xbox so i don't have any cache to clear.

    Can you suggest other fixes?

Hello, I have no sound on the game even though the settings suggest different. The game is enjoyable but I'm only getting half the experience.

    Dear Lisa Shelton1!

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

I read your post and understand that you are experiencing issues with Gravity Blocks in Microsoft Solitaire or Casual Games, specifically, being unable to unlock new game levels 21-30 after reaching XP level 25, and not seeing the option to reset the game. Here are some suggested steps to fix this:

Sign out and sign back in to the Xbox app:

First, try signing out of your account in the Xbox app.

Then, relaunch the Xbox app and sign in to your account.

    Check for account issues:

If the above steps don't work, try creating a new user account in the Xbox app. Or sign in to a different Xbox account that is linked to your Microsoft account.

Launch the Gravity Blocks game in the new account and check if you are able to unlock new levels and see the option to reset the game.

Differentiate between an account issue and a local file issue:

If the issue persists in the new account, this could be a general game issue or a local file issue related to your device.

If the issue is resolved in the new account, then the issue could be related to your original account.

    Clear cache and data:

In the Xbox app, try clearing the cache and data. This can usually be found in the app's settings.

Update the app and operating system:

Make sure your Xbox app and operating system are up to date.

No other users in the community have reported this issue, which means it may be a temporary issue.

Please note that game issues may be caused by a variety of reasons, including but not limited to software updates, account synchronization issues, or errors in the game itself. I hope these suggestions can help you solve the problem.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

I wish you all the best.

    Best regards,
