Hello! My name is Renzo, and I’m an independent advisor and a long-time Microsoft user.
I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you with this so that you find a satisfactory solution.
Try checking if there's any critical or errors logged in the event viewer. To check the Event Viewer on Windows 11 after a freeze.
- Open the Event Viewer by pressing Windows key + R
- Type in eventvwr in the Run dialog
- Then navigate to Windows Logs > System in the left pane; look for recent events marked as "Critical" or "Error" around the time of the freeze to identify potential causes of the system crash.
- Click on the Event marked as "Critical" or "Error" and send us a screenshot that contains the source. Or if you are able to determine what caused this, you'll know if it needs repair or replacement right away.
I hope the above steps helped you. In case of additional questions, reach out back to me, and I will be happy to help and try my best to resolve your issue.
Thank you,
Renzo M.
