Windows 11 24H2 still not showing up in Windows Update in Settings

According to latest information Windows 11 24H2 is now compatible with Avatar Frontiers of Pandora and Star Wars Outlaws. I have uninstalled the Ubisoft games that continue to have compatibility issues and that are supposed to prevent the update: Assassin's Creed - Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla. I still do not see the update and I uninstalled those three games 2 days ago.

Could some residual of those games be blocking 24H2 or is it something else or does it just take more time?

I haven't tested that method yet, but please try the commands from the admin Command Prompt instead of PowerShell.

Thank you for fast reply. Should i do the steps mentioned here:

    https://notepad.patheticcockroach.com/4536/removing-easyanticheat-on-windows/comment-page-1/

or do i need to do more?

I dont even know which one of my currently installed games is using EasyAntiCheat.

From what ive found, there are nearly 500 games which are using this EAC.

    https://steamdb.info/tech/AntiCheat/EasyAntiCheat/

Should i do the research and delete mentioned game(s)?

The information in the 1st link you posted should accomplish the task in most cases. Or, please check out my posts here.

Once done, refresh the assessment manually.

If i will remove EAC, then update to 24H2, then eventually would install a game which is using EAC again, can it cause any trouble?

Is this issue going to be resolved by Microsoft in the future or is it specifically problem with EAC itself?

    Thanks

Reinstalling the driver after the update will likely cause issues.

You may check the "Resolved issues" page from time to time to see if MS fixes this.

    @Petr_96

The EAC drivers are causing the problem. There's a safeguard hold.

Uninstalling the relevant software and refreshing the eligibility assessment (using Task Scheduler) should help.

Would be GREAT if Microsoft gave us a Windows 24H2 Compatibility checker that would give us an IDEA of just WHAT compatibility issues each of us are waiting on to be rectified, instead of us sitting out her almost 6 months or more waiting to find out what the hold up is on our systems... I mean, hell, we had a compatibility tool for windows 10 to 11 upgrade to let us know where our issues were then...

    I mean, I got a Chicbuy from Amazon last year (Laptop 15.6''12GB DDR4 512GB SSD Quad-Core Intel Celeron N5095 Processors Windows 11 Laptop Computer,1080P IPS Full HD Laptop,USB 3.0,Up to 2.9Ghz,Bluetooth 4.2,2.4G/5G WiFi,Long Battery Life)

And so far, I still have yet to see 24H2 available for it, still stuck on 23H2..

    @ Jim Queflander:

Please open a Command Prompt window and run:

    REG QUERY "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\TargetVersionUpgradeExperienceIndicators\GE24H2"

    Press Enter.

    Post the output here.

The output shows if there is a compatibility block (24H2) on your system.

Here's a sample screenshot - No holds applied on this machine:
