Hi Yhohann
Welcome to the Microsoft Community
Understanding your problem, the mouse and touchpad appear abnormal and temporarily recovered after reboot
To scan and repair your Windows system using commands:
Search for CMD, locate the Command Prompt, and select Run in Administrator Mode.
Enter the following commands one by one and make sure to execute the next command after the previous one completes.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /Scannow
Once the scan is complete, you can check the scan information to see if the problem has been detected and fixed.
Uninstall and reinstall the input device driver
Right-click Start Menu > Device Manager > Expand “Mice and Other Pointer Devices” and “Ergonomic Input Devices”.
Right-click to uninstall the related devices one by one (e.g. HID-compliant mouse, touchpad driver, etc.), and check “Remove the driver software for this device”.
Restart the computer, the system will automatically reinstall the driver, if not, please go to the computer brand support page to find the corresponding model to download manually!
Test in Safe Mode
Restart your computer, in the login screen, press and hold Shift and click the power icon > select “Restart” > Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart and press F4 to enter Safe Mode.
Observe the mouse and touchpad in safe mode.
