See if a repair installation using the ISO fixes the issue.

Hi, thanks it worked but after it got fixed i got the problem again but its different, i cant start it because of error 126 the specified module could not be found

The error code 193 indicates a corrupt module.
From admin Command Prompt, please run these four commands:
