Thank you for the screenshot, those settings are correct, your system should be creating minidump files, are you using any cleaning utility like CCleaner that may be deleting the minidump files?
Windows 11 Random BSOD - NVMEs disconnecting
I have issues with my desktop pc, where I get random bsods when my nvme drives are under load. I have plugged the nvmes into other ports, but I still have the problem, so its not a broken port on the mainboard. I did notice, that sometimes when starting my pc, the heatsinks of the nvmes get extremely hot, but I don't know if that is a problem or not.
I have MSI Z790A Pro Wifi DDR4 Mainboard with i9-12900k, i freshly installed windows 11 24H2 yesterday with the hope that it will fix my problem, but that was not the case. I have Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB, Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB, Samsung 970 EVO 500GB and Samsung 990Pro 4TB.
I have disabled pcie power link management, such that I can rule out, that the pc somehow puts the drives into sleep mode.
In the event viewer I get the following logs sometimes after a drive disconnects.
- Ein Zurücksetzen auf Gerät "\Device\RaidPort3" wurde ausgegeben. (source: stornvme)
- Der Treiber hat einen Controllerfehler auf \Device\RaidPort3 gefunden. (source: stornvme)

I have had the problem when using the samsung drivers for the 970 as well as when using microsoft drivers for nvme. I have had the problem with samsung magician installed and also on a fresh system without it installed. The Problem also occurs when I boot into safe-mode. BIOS NVME Self-Test says that the drives are all okay. The issue first arised about a year ago, when I installed the 990Pro into my system. I thought it might be a faulty drive, so I returned it, got a replacement but the error was still there. But it was occuring only about once in a month or so, which I could live with. But in the last days I had the bsods 10-20 times per day.
I enabled full-performance mode on the disks when I had samsung magician installed, but this didn't help either. Connecting m.2 using pcie adapter also did not work for me. I have monitored the temperatures of the drives and they were all around 50-55 degrees celcius when they disconnect. So temperature should also not be the issue here.
I have also set the pcie version for the m.2 manually in the bios to various different values, but it didn't help. I have updated to the latest bios and also installed latest chipset drivers and latest nvme firmware ect.
Intel RST is disabled in bios and the drivers were never installed.
The drives only appear back, when turning off the power supply and holding the power button for a few seconds. However sometimes they disappear while booting windows and I get a bluescreeen saying that windows could not be loaded.
Anyone got an idea, what I could try or what the issue could be?

Select the Advanced tab on the resulting utility.
Click the Settings button in the 'Startup and Recovery' section.
Please provide a screenshot of the next window.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.
Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.
Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
