i play fortnite sinds last year to keep in contact with my son but from the 4th of februari i cant log in to my account anymore it starts up but on the end it stops and ask me to restart it
Together with epic we checked my pc the internet speed and the rest on my pc but everthing seems to be ok .
The advise that they gave me was to make contact with you .
I really hope there is someone who can help me with this problem .

Try these steps to resolve the issue:
Update Graphics Drivers – Open Device Manager → Expand Display Adapters → Right-click your GPU → Click Update driver.
Run Fortnite as Administrator – Right-click Fortnite.exe → Click Run as administrator.
Verify Game Files – Open Epic Games Launcher → Go to Library → Click the three dots on Fortnite → Select Verify.
Disable Background Apps – Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc → Go to Processes → Close unnecessary apps.
Check Compatibility Mode – Right-click Fortnite.exe → Click Properties → Go to Compatibility → Check Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 10.
Reinstall Fortnite – If nothing works, uninstall and reinstall Fortnite from the Epic Games Launcher.
