Advice is to find something else. WR has lost ground over the years and doesn't seem to catch hardly anything. OpenText bought it and has nothing but shuffle around the interface and try to squeeze more money by creating paid add-ons like Secure or Encrypted DNS you can get for free from other vendors. Support takes days going back and forth answering questions with questions.
Webroot help please!
Webroot repeatedly keeps popping up, recommending I block a file, but it doesn't show me the name of the file even when I choose "Show event details". It only started doing this today.

I would advise contacting Webroot Support. Sometimes it is a bug that occurred in a software update, a false positive, among others.
