How to enable the two options that are grayed out in compatibility in windows 11?

right clicking and checking the application properties, and in compatibility why are the two

options:
reduce color mode and run 640x840 screen resolution. are grayed out in windows 11?
I would like to know how to enable these options so I can make use of them.

    I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

    Some modern applications, including Roblox, may not support these legacy settings. Windows automatically disables them when it detects an application that doesn't require these compatibility settings. However, click "Change settings for all users" at the bottom > Check if the options are now available.

    I'm afraid there are no commands to force the application to change its resolution if the application/game does not support that resolution.

    yeah running  "Change settings for all users"  didn't work it was still grayed out on there.
    don't it has a command like using (--) like example: RobloxPlayerBeta.exe --resolution 640x840
    does it not have anything like that?
