"Missing" stuff in the realtek audio console means that you have a premium audio app and those "missing" features got moved to the premium audio app (such as nahimic, dts, dolby, soundblaster...) --- which I explained fully in the first page in Rodney's link.

    Hi,

Possibly, audio enhancement on your computer is turned on.

Good day! This is Rodney A. an Independent Advisor here in Microsoft Community. My goal is to resolve your issue in a timely manner.

Did you already use the latest Realtek driver provided by the laptop manufacturer's support?

The equalizer can be turned on if available in sound properties. Click the Windows logo on the taskbar then type mmsys.cpl then click the search result. Under playback, double-click your current audio device (the one with a green check on it) to open its properties. On its properties, the equalizer should be under enhancements.

Please check this link with similar issue and follow the instructions - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Let me know how it goes, thank you!

    Regards,

    Rodney
