How do I change the colors of my Windows 11 folders?

With Windows 10, I would change the folder colors to organize them as needed. I am not seeing this option in Windows 11 without simply changing the icon. Is this a feature or option in Win11?

When I wrote that I checked multiple Windows 10 builds and found no such option. It turns out that it's a feature of OneDrive for Business and OneDrive for School (which I did mention). AFAIK, it's not a feature of regular OneDrive. So, maybe it's not quite a "basic built-in feature"?

I don't think there's an option in Windows 11 to do this without changing the icon. However, I found an app that may help. I have installed and tested it, and it has worked successfully for me.
