Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
Your system may have entered sleep mode, hibernation, or is stuck in a boot loop. Try performing a hard shutdown to see if it resolves the issue.
- Press and hold the power button on your laptop device for 15-20 seconds until all the blinking light turns off.
- Wait for a few minutes and then turn it back on.
- See if it boots to Windows normally.
If that didn't work, drain residual power on the device.
- Unplug the charger and other external peripherals connected to the laptop.
(Remove battery if possible) then,
- Press and hold the power button on the device for 30-60 secs to drain residual power.
- Reconnect the battery and charger and turn on your device.
If you are still experiencing issues, try connecting your laptop to an external monitor or a TV using an HDMI or USB-C cable and see if it works.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.
Best regards,
Gunasekar N
