    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

Your system may have entered sleep mode, hibernation, or is stuck in a boot loop. Try performing a hard shutdown to see if it resolves the issue.

    1. Press and hold the power button on your laptop device for 15-20 seconds until all the blinking light turns off.
    2. Wait for a few minutes and then turn it back on.
    3. See if it boots to Windows normally.

If that didn't work, drain residual power on the device.

    1. Unplug the charger and other external peripherals connected to the laptop.

    (Remove battery if possible) then,

    1. Press and hold the power button on the device for 30-60 secs to drain residual power.
    2. Reconnect the battery and charger and turn on your device.

If you are still experiencing issues, try connecting your laptop to an external monitor or a TV using an HDMI or USB-C cable and see if it works.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N
