    Dear MiqdadUsaimin,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community

The error code 52 in Device Manager, which states that "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device," indicates an issue with the driver’s digital signature. This can often occur due to corrupt, outdated, or improperly signed drivers.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue.

Uninstall and Reinstall the Bluetooth Driver
Open Device Manager (right-click the Start button and select Device Manager).
    Expand the Bluetooth category.
Right-click on the Realtek Bluetooth Adapter and select Uninstall device.
Check the Delete the driver software for this device option and click Uninstall.
Restart your computer to allow Windows to attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.

Install the Latest Driver from the Manufacturer
Visit the Realtek website or the support page of your PC manufacturer (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo), and download the latest Bluetooth driver for your specific device model.
Once downloaded, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest driver.

    Disable Driver Signature Enforcement Temporarily
If reinstalling the driver does not resolve the issue, you might need to disable driver signature enforcement temporarily to install the driver.
Press Win + I to open Settings.
    Go to System > Recovery.
Under Advanced startup, click Restart now.
Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings.
    Click Restart.
After your computer restarts, you'll see a list of options.
Press F7 to select Disable driver signature enforcement.
After the system starts, repeat the uninstall and reinstall process for the Bluetooth driver.

If the issue persists, consider contacting Realtek or your device manufacturer for further support.

    Best Regards,
