Check system updates and components.Install the latest Windows update:Some users feedback that the update of Windows 11 24H2 may cause compatibility problems, so it is necessary to ensure that the latest patch (such as KB5051987) has been installed in the system, and check whether it depends on the earlier patch (such as KB5043080).Operating steps:Go to settings > Windows updates to check and install all pending updates.Repair system files:Use the command prompt to repair system files:sfc /scannowDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth2. Update or rollback the graphics card driverNvidia/amd/Intel graphics driver:Driver incompatibility is a common cause of crash.
