Idk what the hades happened since last year. But ClipChamp has become unusable, when it used to be a decent user friendly plat.
Literally every Short I've tried editing now either skips in places or suddenly glitches after prolonged use (3-4hrs.) the time it reasonably takes to edit
We PAY for this, and it's no longer working. Not right, Microsoft. You happily take my $12/mo. then abandon a decent editing software with lame ? ticket option that requires 24hr. response BS. Well I am done.
Should've kept Movie Maker, but I guess even that program wasn't good enough for you either. Users now buy a pricier program or stick it.

I'm not a tech person but this was simple enough for me to use. But now, each and every time I try to use it there is some type of lagging, glitch or delay. It is so frustrating. Now this non-tech person has to find and learn another app to use. I'm so disappointed!!

Are MS having a laugh - people are depending on their products to work a project
or just do something creative and they TRUST the software their using not to
to vanish into the Ether because someone at MS had a bad day.
