exe virus

I received an e:mail from what I thought was a trustworthy source with a PDF attached. I downloaded/opened the PDF I could see an exe and it's now affecting the performance of my computer. I keep getting this window/screen refresh every few minutes and i can sometimes see dos coding in the background. I have a screen shot of the message which reads replace or skip files "copying 4 items from rdhas to temp". Microsoft Support has run various diagnostics, malware and sfc scans and yet this message keeps popping up. I appreciate the help

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

Download the Microsoft Safety Scanner and run a full scan with that, at the end of the scan, does it find any malware on your PC?

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-endp...

    2

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation.

    https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autorun...

When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

    A

Select the Logon tab at the top of Autoruns.

Please provide a screenshot of all entries on that tab.

    B

Select the Scheduled Tasks tab at the top of Autoruns.

Please provide a screenshot of all entries on that tab.
