thank you but my pc dont have this driver i hope they added them

Dear Lenovo Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15IAU7 Laptop (Type 82RK) as it is missing the following drivers:

Synaptics Pointing Device Driver
ELAN Pointing Device Driver
These drivers are not available on the Lenovo support website, and my touchpad is not working properly. They are essential for improving mouse performance, especially for gaming. Could you please add them for Windows, or provide a solution to fix this issue?

You are missing a few steps which one must take whilst trying to access them.

i have installed all driver and still not find elan or synapatics the problem this pc not have them i think.
