Program Compatibility Assistance tells me that "\device\harddiskvolume3\program files\bonjour\mdnsnsp.dll" is blocked by my device. What exactly is this and how do I remove it from my computer? I have a MSI Bravo 15

Okay I located the file in my "program file" file in file explorer I was able to delete everything but except "mdnsNSP.dll" it says it's running but there's nothing running in my task manager and it says it's running in "Windows Explorer" which no longer exists.

    1. Please create a System Restore Point.
    2. Backup the registry using Acelogix Regbak.
    3. Open admin Command Prompt and run: regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mdnsNSP.dll"

    Post the output.

    Restart Windows.
