    Hi,

I ran the PC Health Check on my HP Envy x360 with AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.00 GHz

It says the processor isn't supported, but it also says PC supports secure boot, TPM 2.0 is enabled, etc. all green check marks. So it is not TPM or secure boot that is the problem.

    Must be something else.

Hello, my repair specialists have installed Windows 11 on my Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-42) running on AMD 5 Ryzen 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx, and the system is working fine

Yep utter nonsense. TPMs don't have to be integral to the CPU. They can be a separate chip. My laptop has a ryzen 2500u and a separate 2.0 TPM chip and secure boot is a BIOS thing not a CPU thing. Please stop being so prescriptive Microsoft.

    Hello,

The Ryzen 5 2500U isn't officially supported for Windows 11 due to its older architecture (Zen 1) and lack of certain hardware-based security features like TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, which are required by Windows 11.

However, I want to mention that Microsoft is actually allowing Windows 11 installation anyway on devices not meeting requirement, however, you have to know the risk and assume the risk. It is explained here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/ins...

Are you able to receive Windows updates?

I haven't updated to Windows 11 yet and probably won't do so (if at all) until October.
