I have an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Studio in my HP ENVY laptop, and suddenly the driver controlling this graphics card doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling it, updating the driver from the device manager. I've tried downloading it from the Nvidia's website, and when installing it says it's doesn't recognize the card even though I installed the correct one. I don't know what to do, HELP PLEASE!!!!

    Hello ,

I’m here to help you in resolving your issue

If you've already tried reinstalling drivers but still face the issue, old driver remnants could be causing conflicts. Follow these steps:

1: Press Win + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.

2: Go to the Boot tab > Check Safe boot > Select Minimal > Click OK and Restart.

3: Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)

    4: Extract and run DDU.exe.

    5: In DDU:

    Select NVIDIA from the dropdown.

    Click Clean and restart.

6: Install the Latest NVIDIA Driver

Boot into normal mode (Safe boot should be unchecked in msconfig).

Download the latest Game Ready or Studio Driver from NVIDIA’s website.

Select Custom Installation > Check Perform a Clean Installation.

    Restart your PC.

After trying above steps, please reach out to me if you have any doubts or issues
