I recently just got new internet provider, and I haven't been able to play any online games on it. I got a new Wi-Fi card and ran an internet test and its very good ping and very good upload and download speeds but when I open any games it says I am disconnected, or the game will load then it won't let me connect to a game and kicks me out. I've tried flushing my dns, resetting my tcp ip, and I've clean booted it, checked for any malware or viruses nothing. It's not my internet because nobody else has problems but me. I am just utterly confused and looking for help.

To confirm if your ISP is blocking game traffic, try this:

1: Turn on Mobile Hotspot on your phone.

2: Connect your PC to your phone's hotspot.

    3: Try launching a game.

If it works > Your ISP/router is the issue.

    Also, Disable Proxy & VPN

1: Press Win + R, type inetcpl.cpl, and press Enter.

2: Go to the Connections tab > Click LAN settings.

3: Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN" (if enabled).

4: Click OK and restart your PC.

5: If you're using a VPN, disable it and try again.

    Hello ,

I’m here to help you in resolving your issue

Your firewall might be blocking game connections.

1: Press Win + R, type firewall.cpl, and hit Enter.

2: Click Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off (left panel).

3: Turn off the firewall for both Private and Public networks.

4: If you have a third-party antivirus, disable it temporarily.

Try launching a game and see if it connects.
