My PC is force restarting when I am playing video games

OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Home

GPU: Nvidia rtx 4090

CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K

MB: ROG STRIX Z790-E Gaming wifi

I get the following errors before the forced restart.

First i See these errors in the windows system events:

A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the BcastDVRUserService_7ba64 service to connect.

The BcastDVRUserService_7ba64 service failed to start due to the following error: 

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

DCOM got error "1053" attempting to start the service BcastDVRUserService_7ba64 with arguments "Unavailable" in order to run the server:

Windows.Media.Capture.Internal.AppCaptureShell

then I get spammed with this message

The server {AB8902B4-09CA-4BB6-B78D-A8F59079A8D5} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Then I get the following system logs below

User Logoff Notification for Customer Experience Improvement Program

The Event log service was stopped.

Secure Trustlet Id 6 and Pid 12076 stopped with status STATUS_SUCCESS.

DHCPv4 client received shutdown notification

DHCPv4 client ProcessDHCPRequestForever received TERMINATE_EVENT

DHCPv6 client service is stopped. ShutDown Flag value is 1

DHCPv6 client service stop is almost done.DHCP Context Ref count is 1

DHCPv4 is waiting on DHCPv6 service to stop

DHCPv4 client service is stopped. ShutDown Flag value is 1

Device Association Service detected an endpoint discovery failure.

Please let me know if you can find out why the force restart is occuring.

    I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to assist, as per checking and analyzing the DMP files you have, there is an error vgk.sys, this is the Vanguard kernel-mode driver or the Vanguard driver from Riot games, if you have games like Valorant I suggest reinstalling it and check again if the issue persists, kindly follow the steps from this link:
